Ronald F. Tong
Ron has been in business for over 35 years. He has experience in the wholesale, retail, export, import, transportation, logistics, finance and self-storage industries. During this time, he has successfully operated and managed businesses that were start-ups, needed change management and turnaround strategies, taken new products to new markets around the world and built new and profitable business in Asian countries for existing brands from Australia. He currently lives in Singapore with business interests in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
Khushnae is a senior insight and innovation strategist who thrives on helping international food and drink brands successfully grow and expand in the Asia-Pacific region. An absolute research and data-driven consumer advocate, she has successfully leveraged insights to deliver winning consumer-led localization and positioning strategies for clients such as Unilever, Fonterra and Diageo in previous roles at Clear (M&C Saatchi), Flamingo and Lynxeye. With a strong background in design and an inherent passion for food science and innovation, Khushnae has also helped develop successful new product and consumer experience pipelines for global brands in the region. An amateur home chef and travel foodie, on days off you’ll find her trying to perfect soufflés in the kitchen or traipsing across the world in search of elusive new gourmet finds.
